Instructions for filling the application form online:
1. Online application form for Special Educator Recruitment can be filled from website http://vsb.dpegujarat.in from 19/02/2024 to 28/02/2024 up to 15:00 hrs.
2. Carefully study the instructions, resolutions, circulars and forms for the candidates placed on the website before filling the application form.
3. Candidates have to register first by filling their details from the registration link. After that the application form will open after login.
4. The filled application form has to be saved sequentially according to the details column of the online application form. After saving online, all necessary and applicable supporting documents/evidences have to be uploaded online along with the application form. After that a print of the application form has to be obtained.
5. Before saving the form filled on-line on the computer, check the information online and make any changes in the form filled. Once the application form is final submitted at the admission center level, it cannot be revised.

6. Printed copy of the application form to the designated admission centers dt. 19/02/2024 to 28/02/2024 (excluding Sundays and public holidays) will be accepted in person from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
7. No corrections or tampered forms will be accepted in the printed form. However, even after the final submission at the district level, if there is a need to make any corrections, after the publication of the provisional merit list, corrections can be made by getting the online correction form. But new details/information/qualifications cannot be added.
8. List of Admission Center is placed on website http://vsb.dpegujarat.in.
9. Hard copy of application form should be verified with required original marks/certificates at the designated admission center of the state, payment of prescribed fee, signed receipt as required, and final submission of application form through admission center. Any application form other than the final submission will not be accepted.
10. After final submission of the application form, get the signature of the acceptor given by the admission center and save it, and bring it with you at the time of selection.
11. Application form will not be accepted by Post or Courier at Admission Center or Recruitment Office office. The submitted application forms will be considered cancelled.
